Assignment: Now is your turn. Please, make a welcome comment to your classmates and teacher. Tell us about yourself: your name, a couple of hobbies, what you want to be when you grow up, some of your talents, and two goals for the school year.

Due day: Wednesday, September 26

Credits: 20 points toward your homework grade.

Scientific Inquiry Assignment

Scientific literacy involves applying critical thinking skills to everyday life, particularly to claims related to health, technology, and advertising. At this point we have learned in the class about how to state a problem problem and hypothesis by using a given template.

Asssignment: think about everyday and real life problems that could be answered through an investigation. Ummmm...; then, make a post that includes 3 of those problems and 3 hypothesis. Please, follow the formats "what is the effect of.... on....?" for the problems, and "If.... then..." for the hypothesis.

Credits: 100 homework credits

Due day: Wednesday, September 28
